Compute lab: reasoning + Python on the on-device model

The model reasons and writes a little Python for anything it would otherwise get wrong in its head (letters, sums, dates); Python (Pyodide) runs it in this page, in a worker with its network access removed. Plain code scores the answers. Python loads once from cdn.jsdelivr.net (~12 MB); after that the page's request counter below should stay at 0. (It can't see inside the Python worker; there the network functions are removed after loading, and a test that tries fetch and Pyodide's URL loader from Python gets errors.) Lab page for manual checks — part of chrome-chat. Read the findings.
